Your rental, someone else's stress.
I run short-term rentals so owners don't have to. Guest messages, pricing, cleaner coordination, all of it, handled by someone who's already done it for two years straight and actually loves the work.
Who's running this
I'm a Business Management student at Stony Brook. The Catskills property is owned by my mom, Erika, I started her Airbnb investment and set up everything from the ground up, and for the past two years I've run it for her day to day.
Every guest message, every price change, every cleaner scheduled between checkout and check-in has gone through me. The 4.93 rating came from paying close attention to a single property for two years. You can check the listing yourself, it's linked above.
I also know the hands-on side firsthand. I've worked in both cleaning and construction, and my mom and dad own a cleaning business and a construction company. When something needs doing, I know how it should be done, and I have people I trust to do it.
Now I'm bringing that same attention to a small number of owners on Long Island, with room to grow into other parts of New York from there.
What makes it different
Not an agency splitting attention across 200 units.
One operator, not a call center
You text me, not a rotating support queue. Same person handling your property every day.
Proven on my own property first
Every method here was tested on the Catskills listing before it's offered to anyone else.
You keep the final say
Pricing floors, cleaner picks, house rules, always yours to approve or override.
Fee tracks your revenue
No flat retainer. If the property doesn't earn, the fee doesn't either.
The track record, in full
All of it verifiable on the live listing.
What guests actually say
Real reviews, pulled straight from the Airbnb listing I manage.
Our stay at Erika's place was nothing short of perfect! From the moment you walk in, it smells amazing and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The home was absolutely spotless, every room is beautifully organized and thoughtfully put together. As for Erika herself, she couldn't have been better. She's incredibly communicative, responds right away, and is genuinely friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better host!
Erika is an amazing host. One of the most responsive hosts you will ever find, she was helpful at each and every step. The place was fully stocked for a large group of 14 people and the layout was amazing for privacy yet togetherness. This is very easy to get to from NYC or upstate region around Albany and is worth every penny that we spent here. Very tastefully done property with all amenities for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
The Stone Getaway exceeded our group's expectations in just about every way, and we were truly impressed with the effort and care put into the home. The home was spotless on arrival, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The host, Erika, was accommodating at every turn. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they even allowed us to check out late so that we could get an extra day in on the mountain.
What could your property earn?
A planning number built from real Long Island short-term rental market data, not a guess.
This is a planning estimate, not a guarantee, built from area-level short-term rental market data and adjusted for bedroom count and how often you'd host — it isn't a quote for your specific address. Short-term rental rules vary a lot by town: several Nassau and Suffolk municipalities restrict or prohibit stays under 28–30 nights, and NYC's Local Law 18 sharply limits whole-unit rentals in Queens and Brooklyn. A free audit will confirm what's actually allowed at your address and build a number around your real listing.
Pricing, by how much you hand off
A percentage of revenue, not a flat rate, so it tracks with how the property actually performs. Below typical full-service co-hosting rates of 20-30%.

Currently taking on a small number of Long Island properties. Catskills property listing linked above for reference.
Thinking about buying a short-term rental instead of hosting one? I can help evaluate that too, just ask.
